Member Terms and Agreement
Shamrock International Matchmaking, Inc., is a specialized agency that introduces clientele with compatible personality traits, interests, and physical requirements. Although the ultimate goal is to match well-suited partners, under no circumstances can Shamrock International Matchmaking guarantee perfect results, particularly in the area of personalities, physical traits, or personal satisfaction. Please read the Member Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. The Agreement sets out the terms under which Shamrock International Matchmaking, Inc., services (“Services”) are provided to you by us (Shamrock International Matchmaking, Inc.). By registering with Shamrock International Matchmaking, Inc., you become a client of the Service (a “Client”), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “Terms”) for as long as you continue to be a Client.

1. To become a Client you must complete all Shamrock International Matchmaking registration material. When and if you register to become a Client, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form and to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that if your Registration Data is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of our Services. Shamrock is not responsible for any information submitted by a client.
2. To qualify for Shamrock International Matchmaking Membership you must be at least 18 years old, single, available, and of good character. You must be employed or otherwise financially responsible, and you must have no history of felonies, domestic violence convictions, or other antisocial behavior.
3. Under the terms of this contract, Shamrock International Matchmaking agrees to introduce Clients to at least, but limited to, one individual per calendar month. Shamrock International Matchmaking is not responsible for even or consistent allocation of introductions per month, but will provide the full number of agreed introductions. If Shamrock International Matchmaking fails to provide an introduction for any particular month, a month will be added to the end of Service. Individual participation is essential for success in this process, so Clients are required to call regularly with feedback on introductions. Clients may remove themselves from the network and place their Membership on hold for up to 6 months at any given time in their program.
4. Your Membership in the Service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your Membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
5. Either the Client or Shamrock International Matchmaking, Inc., may terminate Membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the party. All Membership fees paid are nonrefundable after the cancellation policy set forth in section six of this contract. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you, which is brought to our attention. Client waives any and all claims, damages, losses, or causes of action against Shamrock arising out of any referrals of the Clients to any other Clients. Client indemnifies and agrees to hold Shamrock forever harmless from any and all claims of damage whatsoever resulting from any introduction provided the Client. Client understands that should Shamrock have reason to enter into litigation with Client for any reason related to the organization, its Clients or employees, Client is directly responsible for all attorney fees, other costs, and all legal costs.
6. Cancellation Policy—You may cancel this Agreement, without any penalty or obligation within 5 business days of establishing Membership. Membership is established once the Client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract. Notice of Cancellation must be received by Shamrock Matchmaking by certified or registered mail and must be postmarked no later than 5 business days after Membership has been established.
